TEXCITY MEDICAL AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST is run by philanthropists of Textile city. The trust was named after the great city of Coimbatore called “TEXTILE CITY OF SOUTH INDIA”. It was formed in the year 1992 to impart quality Education in Nursing and allied subjects of Medical field. The trust from then, has been working tirelessly towards the upliftment of the society.
The Library of the college of nearly 2400 sq ft is well established with seating arrangements for students, books accounting for 5000 ,with 2 journal racks comprising of 15 national and 5 international journals catering to specialty and super specialty nursing, general fortnightly and monthly magazines. It also provides internet facilities at free of cost.
Girls Hostel has capacity to accommodate 150 inmates. The hostel consist of two floors which are allotted for students and staff.
Boys Hostel is available just 100 meters from our college with mess facility.
The hostel consist of two floors are allotted for students and staff. There is television in student nurses hostel. We are providing the time to play indoor & outdoor games in order to ease the overloaded brain’s with extracurricular activities and Newspapers for upgrading the knowledge. The most delicious food is prepared and served in a delicious way.
